Papillon Chasselas Romand by Cave de la Côte is a fresh and easy-going white with bright fruit and a smooth finish. It’s the kind of wine you’ll want to share on sunny afternoons or casual dinners with friends.

Tasting note
The wine has a light yellow color with fine reflections and an emerald green shimmer. On the nose, fruity notes of white fruits and linden blossoms develop. On the palate, it is elegant and clear, with aromas of white fruits, underpinned by a playful note of pineapple. A fresh, slightly sparkling wine with an appealing structure and subtle acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, with starters, sausages and freshwater fish. Also ideal with fondue, raclette, Emmentaler, Tête de Moine, Bergblumenkäse and Engelberger Klosterkäse.
Vinification
The grapes come from selected plots in Vaud, on the shores of Lake Geneva, from Romandie. After harvesting, careful processing is carried out to preserve the freshness and typicity of the Chasselas.
