About the wine
This cuvée contains the best, biodynamically cultivated, hand-picked grapes from Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent from the best locations in the Pannobile region. Typical of the year, unmistakable, characterful and honest. The name Pannobile expresses both the origin (Pannonia) and the particular value of these wines (nobel, nobile).

Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections. On the nose, black cherries, graphite, ethereal notes, some incense and delicate herbal spice. On the palate, complex texture, ripe tannins that are perfectly integrated, lively acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal partner for fried duck breast under a walnut crust with fried puff noodles.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
