The winemaker from the Spanish winery Paniza Bodegas has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and picturesque landscape of the Upper Ebro. Tasting note
Nice, strong cherry red. Complex and elegant, with aromas of cherry jam. Concentrated yet silky, on a mineral background framed by strawberry and chocolate notes. Its beautiful mineral structure gives it a great finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pâté, venison terrine, oven-fried chicken, pot roast, grilled meats, game specialities and dark chocolate desserts.
