About the wine
Picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Vinicola Palladino conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this ice cream with tapas dishes or fried chicken.

Tasting note
The bouquet is characterized by delicate scents, white flowers and tropical fruits. The taste is full and persistent, with a sweet, mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti in all forms — from olives to pickles to vitello tonnato and bruschette. It goes well with soft cheese — from Camembert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
Vinification
Made from Arneis grapes grown in the Roero area and harvested by hand. Fermentation (12 days) in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 15°/18° C. Ageing for three months in steel tanks.
