About the wine
The “Hijos de Antonio Polo” winery was founded in 1998. Since then, in Peñafiel - in the heart of the “Ribera del Duero” - the family has been producing sophisticated quality wines with a designation of origin. Teodoro Arnales is responsible for viticulture and Antonio Polo for the wine cellar. The winery covers 18 hectares of vineyards. The vines are between 90 and 15 years old and are largely cultivated naturally.

Goes well with heavily seasoned meat, stew dishes, ripe hard cheese
Vinification
The grapes were traditionally harvested by hand and carefully selected. The wine was aged for 18 months in American Allier oak barrels.
