About the wine
The “Hijos de Antonio Polo” winery was founded in 1998. Since then, in Peñafiel - in the heart of the “Ribera del Duero” - the family has been producing sophisticated quality wines with a designation of origin. Teodoro Arnales is responsible for viticulture and Antonio Polo for the wine cellar. The winery covers 18 hectares of vineyards. The vines are between 90 and 15 years old and are largely cultivated naturally.

Tasting note
Dense ruby, with a fruity smell of cooked blackberries and cloves, strong roasted aromas, good fullness, dense and still youthful.
Culinary recommendation
T-bone steak, rack of lamb, venison medallions, roast, paella.
Vinification
Aging for 14 months in large oak barrels, American oak.
