About the wine
Deep ruby red On the nose, complex aromas of dark fruits such as black cherry and blackberry develop, complemented by spicy notes of vanilla, oak and a touch of chocolate. On the palate, the wine has a full structure with soft tannins and a well-integrated fruit sweetness. A powerful and elegant red wine.

Tasting note
Intense cardinal red with cherry red edges, aromas of ripe black fruit, cocoa, fine woods and spices on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with velvety tannins, fine roasted notes and a harmonious balance between power and finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fried or braised meat, game, Iberian ham and mature cheeses. Tip: Try it with dark chocolate for a surprising taste experience. To develop its full aroma, be sure to open the wine a little earlier before enjoying it and, ideally, decant it.
Vinification
This wine comes from the Pago de las Solanas, a unique south-facing vineyard in Olivares de Duero, in the middle of the Milla de Oro of Ribera del Duero. The grapes are picked and selected by hand before the wine ages in new French oak barrels for 21 months, giving it depth and elegance.
