Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque and magnificent landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Tasting note
Tempranillo from a privileged location. The grapes of the Tinta del País grape variety (Tempranillo) come from the single vineyard “Valtarrena”, the vines are 45 to 55 years old. In the glass a dense, viscous wine red with purple reflections, the nose reveals the aromas of blackberries, black cherries, cassis, blueberries, licorice, bread crust, the palate is full-bodied, with beautifully integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, stews, spicy cheeses, fine cuts of meat.
Vinification
The ageing takes place in French barriques for 24 months.
