Tasting note
Dense ruby red with purple reflections. Intense on the nose with clear notes of dark berries, black cherries and fine coffee and roasted aromas. On the palate, PaCo is balanced and powerful, with well-integrated tannin. A harmonious wine, intense and long-lasting in the aftertaste and aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes such as braised beef or lamb, game dishes and aged hard cheese. It is also an ideal accompaniment to pasta with spicy sauces.
