Tasting note
It shows a ruby red color with hints of purple. On the nose, you'll notice ripe red fruits like cherry, sour cherry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, spicy notes come through alongside wild blackberries, finishing with a balanced, fruit-forward taste reminiscent of cherry puree.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with gourmet pizza, hearty legume soups, rich fish, light meats, and well-aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are cold-macerated to get the best out of their fruit and color. Then, they ferment at controlled temperatures for about 15 days. The wine ages briefly in small barrels before spending 6 months maturing in the bottle.
