About the wine
With the special P: Selection T. Grossa from 2015, you will positively surprise your guests. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Paulo Laureano masteres this red wine in the sunny and picturesque landscape of the Alentejo.

Tasting note
Flavours of ebony mixed with berries and spices. Soft on the palate, with pleasantly elegant acidity. The aftertaste is distinctive and long.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 18°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: 6-7 Jahren.
Vinification
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 25° C. Ageing in used French oak barrels for 12 months, then aged in bottles for another 1 year.
