Tasting note
Color: The dark red color is clear and dense with strong purple reflections. Aromatics: The medium-bodied wine is ripe fruity, spicy and slightly roasted. Aromas of caramel, pickled figs, lavender are complemented by tobacco & vanilla notes. Body: On the palate, the Oveja tinta is powerful with a long start and well-integrated tannins. Lavender also comes into its own here as an aroma and is combined with dark berries and black pepper. The dry red wine has a present minerality. Quality: The youthful wine with a strong lavender scent.
