Tasting note
Color: rose gold with deep amber shimmer Aromatics: Medium-bodied bouquet, overripe stone fruits, dried grapes, notes of ripe, fermenting apples, finely lactic with a delicate animal finish. Body: Long start, medium-strong body with subtle acidity, distinctive tannins, present camomile palate aromas, slightly tart, long aftertaste. Quality: A rarity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, morel toasts and veal in morel sauce.
