Vinification
The wine-growing village of Ottoberg is located on the Ottenberg, a range of hills north of Weinfelden (TG). Müller-Thurgau grapes grow on slopes exposed to the south around the village. The vineyards are cultivated using the near-natural integrated production (IP) method.
