Tasting note
A rare Puglia specialty with elegant, fine aromas. On the nose, red berries, cherries, some spice and floral notes. Soft, balanced and fresh on the palate with fine-grained tannins, beautiful fruit and a harmonious, slightly spicy finish.

It goes very well with Mediterranean starters, pasta, white meat, grilled vegetables or even fish dishes with a strong sauce.
