Tasting note
Distinctly fresh and fragrant on the nose, with hints of red berries, such as blueberries, currants and wild blackberries. Persistent and well-balanced on the palate.
Vinification
Ageing for 24 months in new barrels and tonneaux. The wine is then aged in the bottle for another year.
