Tasting note
The wine has a deep and impenetrable black-red color with a complex nose dominated by dense, ripe black fruits such as ripe plums, berries and wild cherries, as well as notes of cocoa and spices. In the mouth, it is rich and very concentrated with lots of fruit and well-developed tannins. Its aftertaste is rich and long with a long aromatic duration.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation and the very long extraction take place in stainless steel tanks under perfectly controlled conditions. Complete malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months exclusively in new high-quality French oak barrels in the winery's underground cellar.
