Palmeri Oro was pressed to show the full potential of Avola's wine art. In the best years, the wine is vinified with the highest quality grapes. It overcomes with its density, more black than red in color, complex scents of ripe cherries, blackberries, wild berries and black currants, sweet wood and coffee. On the palate, the long-lasting aromas of our fertile Sicily and its fruits unfold. The noble and soft tannins and vanilla tones, based on an extraordinarily dense, voluminous body, have developed into a taste experience during the 36-month aging in new French barriques. A wine with continued great development potential. The wine develops best when it is decanted 2 hours before serving.
