Ornello DOC 2022 - Rocca di Frassinello

The still young Azienda Rocca di Frassinello, led by its director Alessandro Cellai and inspired by the great initial successes, has created another wine: Ornello, a fun combination of four types of grapes that complement each other harmoniously. Did you think of old traditions, where the winegrower usually cultivated different varieties in order to time the work in the vineyard, including the harvest, and to distribute the risks to which the vines and grapes are exposed? Anyway, the experiment was successful, the result was a delightfully delicious wine for every day.
