Tasting note
This classic GIN reflects the dominance of juniper with a refreshing citrus fruit note, goes elegantly through lavender to cardamom aromas and shows the spice of ginger on the finish. It also stands out due to its soft alcohol and delights both pure and with tonic.
Vinification
This dry gin is pot-still distilled at 3,303 m above sea level. The altitude and therefore the boiling point, which is over 10°C lower, have a significant influence on the taste.
