Tasting note
Intense straw yellow, persistent perlage. The bouquet is extremely multi-faceted, ripe apple, yellow fruit aromas, bread crust. Rich and juicy on the palate, very balanced and complex with lovely ripeness, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
The base wine is vinified partly in barriques and partly in steel tanks. The bottle fermentation and maturation on the fine yeast takes 60 months in the original.
