About the wine
Pure Merlot from over 60 years old vines. The Merlot grapes are concentrated by drying, then aging in French oak barriques: red berries, plums, leather, cedars, the list goes on for a long time. This top wine is only available in small quantities every year. A monumental wine that is not always available.

Tasting note
A fruity red wine with a strong body and distinctive acidity, which unfolds its complex structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate. This top wine won the prize: Due Bicchieri Gambero Rosso.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 14°-16°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now + 5 years. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes perfectly with poultry, duck and slightly spicy red meat.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The aging in French oak barrels takes 36 months.
