Tasting note
A lively Aglianico that also owes its own character to the addition of 15% Piedirosso. The color is a brilliant ruby red. The bouquet is fresh, with a peppery note that can then also be found on the palate. The fruit is juicy, but the tannin is well integrated. A multi-faceted wine, round but not polished, straight and free from ballast.
Vinification
The vinification takes place in steel tanks, the rest period before bottling lasts around 36 months and also takes place in steel tanks.
