Fabien Jouves a young savage? You might think so, but first and foremost a young person of victorious youth, and independence. Mas del Périé is anything but a provocation; rather, Fabien took over the 12-hectare estate south of Cahors from his parents in 2009, barely in his mid-20s, questioned everything and made many new ones. Mas del Périé today stands for natural winemaking and wines, unrestricted, biodynamic, complete absence of additives in vineyards and cellars, and these wines have something divine, delicate, embody happiness and peace, nature here resembles a harmonious, untouched and not an untamed, wild place.
