About the wine
Everyone knows red wine, white wine and rosé, but what about orange-colored wine? An “orange wine” is a white wine that is produced in the same way as a red wine. The white wine grapes are fermented with the berry skins and thus extract more tannins and colorants from the berry skins. Orange wine is characterized by a dark yellow to orange color and is somewhat cloudy.

Tasting note
The grapes are harvested by hand and spontaneous fermentation takes place without the use of additional yeast. We completely refrain from adding sulfur. Natural wine is therefore an untreated wine that is produced with the least possible intervention. O-Range is very versatile and can be enjoyed with many things, such as antipasti, tapas, crunchy salads or tender poultry dishes. This orange wine also goes perfectly with cheese, Asian dishes, Indian curry, vegetarian dishes or nutty desserts.
