About the product
The oranges used by Rochelt come from the Mediterranean region, are called Salustiana, ripen naturally, are seedless and are characterized by their juicy and delicious flesh. After natural fermentation is complete, the mash is carefully fired twice in a copper kettle. The extracted heart then matures in open glass balloons for at least five years. The result is a harmony of delicate, fruity orange aromas with a tart skin tone.
Tasting note
Very deep, typical Sicilian aromas on the nose. Juicy, dense, fresh and opolent. Full aromas on the palate. As authentic as fruit. Alcohol (at low doses) is perfectly integrated. Good harmony and balance. Enormous potential.
