Aromatic and complex on the nose with pastry notes and hints of butter, almonds and roasted hazelnuts. Subtle fruit of pear and marzipan complements the bouquet, while with a little air, floral nuances of violets and peonies and spicy notes of honey cake unfold. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, with a successful balance between fullness and minerality. A fine perlage accompanies aromas of apple and mirabelles. The finish is creamy, elegant and long-lasting.
