About the wine
Cave Emery is a family business with a long tradition. The vineyards are located in the best wine regions in Central Valais. They treat nature in a particularly gentle way and make conscious use of integrated production. The use of non-natural means is kept to a strict minimum.

Tasting note
A shiny yellow, fruity and sweet cuvée with a strong aroma of mango, pineapple, quince and some peach. The exotic fruit is also beautiful on the palate, with some citrus fruit, and the wine has a pleasant initial sweetness, a nice freshness and a very soft, full and harmonious body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with pesto, Asian dishes, desserts and fruits.
