Tasting note
The Ollon, Chablais AOC bouquet of flowers and herbs shows complex aromatic character and lots of finesse. The dominant notes of grapefruit, honey and lime create its individual texture. A white wine with a light body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure on the tongue and on the palate.
