About the wine
The sprawling village of Santenay is located on the southern edge of the Côte de Beaune. The soils on the slopes consist of brown calcareous marl, while in the lower areas there is more clay and silt. The grapes from different plots are carefully combined to create a balanced combination of structure, fruit quality and elegance.

This wine has an earthy yet fresh nose that develops into fruity nuances on the palate. With an aroma that ranges from light to medium weight, it impresses with its harmonious balance and impressive length, which is one of the best in its category.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with caramelized poultry or cheeses such as cîteaux and bleu de bresse.
