About the wine

Tasting note
Deep ruby red. The nose is pampered by aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and a touch of floral notes. Accompanied by a delicate combination of chocolate, tobacco, coffee and vanilla aged in French barrels. On the palate, it is round and complex, with wonderful concentration and length. The velvety and elegant tannins make this wine truly a pleasure experience.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with grilled beef and lamb, as well as game dishes and hard cheeses, and much more.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 24-month aging in French oak barriques.
