Tasting note
Òlbia is a deep and complex wine with notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, chamomile and a distinctive minerality. On the palate, it shows remarkable balance and mouthfeel, with strong hints of sweet pear and chamomile flower as well as undertones of golden apple syrup that reflect the warmth of the terroir.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal, vegetarian dishes, fish, poultry.
Vinification
The Òlbia is mainly made from Garnacha Blanca and Viognier. After careful harvesting, fermentation takes place, followed by six months of aging in French oak barrels, which gives the wine additional nuances and allows it to evolve over time.
