About the wine
The Malbec from Ojo de Agua is lean, taut and honest. Just as Dieter Meier himself likes it. This wine certainly doesn't fool you.

Tasting note
The dark purple red gives you an idea that we are dealing with a very young, super-fruity Malbec! Intense, pure fruit bouquet, cooked wild berries, strawberries, licorice and balsamic notes combine to create a true potpourri of aromas. Very juicy, full-bodied, lush, fresh fruit extract even on the palate, fine tannin structure. An easy drinking fun Malbec!
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Ojo de Agua Malbec goes perfectly with barbecue, wild rice and well-seasoned red meat. Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 14°-16°C.
Vinification
Harvesting by hand, the wine is fermented and aged in steel tanks. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
