About the wine
An elegant red wine from Attica with intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, fine spicy notes and a subtle wood nuance. On the palate, full-bodied, balanced and with a long aftertaste — ideal with grilled meat, lamb or hearty pasta dishes.

Tasting note
Dark red, almost impenetrable. A complex bouquet created by both the variety and the barrel. Sour cherry jam, plum, fig, black pepper, dark chocolate meet vanilla, cedar and leather.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 15°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2038. Vinification
Grapes from certified organic vineyards. Ferments in oak containers and ages for 24 months in new French oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered so that sediment can form in the bottle. Decanting is recommended.
