Tasting note
Dense, deep red. Concentrated, multi-layered presence dominated by aromas of black fruits, vanilla, toasted bread, chocolate and spices. Fleshy, well-structured with firm yet elegant tannins and plenty of ripe fruit. Warm and generous, it maintains an enviable balance, which is completed by the long, spicy finish.

Grapes for certified organic vineyards. 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new. It is unfiltered, so there may be debris in the bottle. Decanting is recommended.
