About the wine
The Oeil de Perdrix from Domaine de Montmollin is an elegant rosé with salmon pink and orange reflections. Its fruity bouquet is reminiscent of strawberries and ice cream candy; the taste is fresh, rich and balanced due to the refreshing acidity. Since 1965, Pierre and Jean-Michel de Montmollin have been running the winery, which is now changing and bears the name Domaine de Montmollin. A long, pleasant aftertaste rounds off this stylish wine.
