Color: Brilliant salmon pink with red-orange reflections. Aroma: Intense complex bouquet of ripe fruits such as raspberries, mirabelle and strawberries, subtly earthy, delicate touch of caramel. Body: Medium-bodied wine, lively acidity, present minerality and slight sweetness, fine yeast notes accompany the long-lasting finish. Quality: Typical, fresh rosé, a perfect alternative to red and white wine.
