The Albert Mathier & Fils winery is a family business that has been committed to quality and tradition for 70 years. The majority of the 30 hectares of vineyards are located in Salgesch and are planted with traditional and new grape varieties.

Tasting note
Brilliant rosé with a subtle orange tint. Fresh and fruity bouquet reminiscent of summer fruits. Full-bodied wine with the special “rosé aroma”. Thanks to its special vinification, Oeil de Perdrix has the complexity of a red wine and the finesse of a white wine.

Enjoy this wine as an aperitif, with fish, white meat or with Chinese specialities.
