Sunny notes of seven unique lemon varieties, paired with the sweetness of apricot and peach, meet invigorating bitter accents and a tart finish of wild thyme and rosemary. The crunchy Riesling from Nico Espenschied forms the basis for this fruity-complex aperitif. Less sweet, but more flavor—because good times deserve good taste.
