The wine has a characteristic, bright yellow color in the glass. It impresses with its lively minerality and saltiness, which is reminiscent of the wild sea. Vinification
This wine comes from the Juan Gil family's Lagar da Condesa winery. It is located in the picturesque Valle do Salnés in the wild region of Galicia. Albariño has been cultivated here on sandy granite in the pergola system for centuries. The Albariño grape is perfect for this region because of its proximity to the ocean and the high rainfall. The O Fillo da Condesa was left on the fine yeast to maintain the roundness and creamy structure on the palate. It is free from animal products and certified vegan.
