An exclusive British sparkling wine of a special kind, to which head winemaker Cherie Spriggs has dedicated her name. The scents range from lemon scent to acacia honey to mineral notes, accompanied by a touch of mandarin. On the palate, there is a lively experience of sweet lemon tart, which is accompanied by refreshing acidity and has an extremely clear and pure structure. This delicate, fine sparkling wine comes with a slightly increased dosage. Certainly an excellent choice if sparkling wines or champagne seem too dry for you in the usual degree of dryness.
