Tasting note
Made to exacting standards from only the best fruits: 1086 Rosé represents the zenith of rosé production at Nyetimber. It is silky and elegant with a clear, crystalline backbone. The 2010 vintage shows a pure expression of red Pinot Noir fruit, along with floral and pastry notes (the result of many years of maturation on the yeast). The body and smooth texture of this sparkling wine go perfectly with strong poultry and seafood.

Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the sparkling wine is slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Nyetimber 1086 Rosé goes well with crustaceans, fish dishes and aperitifs.
