About the wine
With the dominant Shiraz 2011 — Nus DOCa, you can offer your family and friends something very special. The wine-growing regions of the Mas d’en Gil winery extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or game.

Tasting note
It is the ripe, dried, almost cooked fruit aromas (berries, oranges) and the exotic range of spices that set the tone in the nose. Delicious, ripe, with a surprisingly fruity structure with a bite on the palate, this cuvée surprises and convinces. It's sweet but also structured: it's great and fun. The finale is long-lasting, powerful and elegant at the same time.

Goes well with dessert, black chocolate, dark chocolate, hard cheese, blue cheese
