Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with purple nuances; very clear. Intense and rich with scents of blackberry jam, herbal and spicy notes. Full-bodied, excellent structure and concentration, smooth and with fine tannin content. Sustained and pleasant aftertaste.

Goes well with meat and cheese. For example, with baked kids, veal shank with tomato, and chicken wok with curry.
