About the wine
With the dominant Pinot Noir 2015 — Nuits-Saint-Georges AOC Les Charbonnieres, nuances and accents are redefined. The chalky, gravelly soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Jean-Claude Boisset everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Tasting note
Color: brilliant ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, intense aromas of black fruits and spices accompanied by mineral notes. Character: Warm and powerful on the palate with fine wood nuances, long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal cheeks, dark meats such as beef stew, lamb, game dishes and much more.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 15 months, 43% in new oak barrels.
