Tasting note
The cold nights and warm days in the Casablanca Valley give this cru freshness and aromatic richness. The color is yellowish and clear. The nose reveals expressive aromas of apricots and roasted almonds with floral notes. The palate is full-bodied, maintained by a pleasant acidity and nicely balanced.
