About the wine
The grapes are dried for at least 10 days. After pressing in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged in oak barrels. It is characterized by its dark red color, which also gave him the name “dark night”. Its scent features notes of dark berries, wild roses and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced, harmonious and with a sweet aftertaste.
