The Not A Celebrity Tequila Blanco opens on the nose with fresh notes of cooked agave, citrus zest and a touch of white pepper. On the palate, it is clear and lively, with a fine balance of sweet agave, herbs and slightly salty minerality. A subtle anise note and fresh mint give it additional depth and elegance. The texture is silky but not oily — typical of a cleanly distilled blanco. In the middle section, it stays pleasantly dry, with a hint of raw agave and pepper spice. The finish is medium-long, clear and leaves a fresh, slightly peppery afterglow.

Vinification
The “wort” is then distilled twice in stainless steel kettles with a copper coil. The first distillation produces a cloudy liquid known as an “ordinario” and the second distillation produces our clear silver tequila.
