About the wine
Simone Santoro is a young winemaker who captures Apulia's southern sunlight in surprisingly sophisticated and modern wines. From his home base in Francavilla Fontana, he works with grapes that have been native to the region for generations. Just think of Primitivo, Negroamaro, Susumaniello and Verdeca, but his style is anything but traditional!

Tasting note
The aromatic profile of Noscia Bianco is based on exotic fruits such as mango and grapefruit, wrapped in a fine spice. In the mouth, this wine has a certain roundness, but is still fresh and mineral with a spicy note.
