About the wine
Northern Gale, survived the earthquake that caused major damage in Napa in 2014. Cameron Woodbridge, the younger brother of cult winemaker Jayson Woodbridge, lost almost half of its wine production. The few remaining oak barrels had to be poured into new French oak barrels and this required new planning for the production of the wine. The result is a large, powerful wine that can take on any storm and earthquake. Production 1300 bottles.

Tasting note
Dark red color, oily viscosity. Dark ripe fruit, sweet black chocolate, coffee and spices. Full-bodied and opulent, with ripe blackberries, cherries and a touch of chocolate in the long-lasting finish.
